Rate & Cancellation Policy:

A form of Guarantee is required. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. A 1 (one) night room charge will apply if less than 24 hours notice is given. If your reservation is made within the 24 hour cancellation window, the reservation is considered non-refundable. No modification penalty will be charged.


LODGING POLICIES


Check-in: 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.

Check-out: 11:00 AM.

Big Sky Motel is not responsible for lost or stolen items during your stay. We ask you to please make sure your valuables are secure.

Pet Policy: Pets are restricted to certain room types, with a non-refundable fee depending on the number of pets and duration of stay. Not declaring your pet will result in a $100.00 cleaning fine.

Smoking Policy:

We are a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. Smoking inside any room will result in a $250.00 fine.
