River Rafting

Clark Fork River, which runs right through Superior, Montana, offers some of the best whitewater rafting in northwest Montana and the Idaho Panhandle. River access in our area is not a problem since the river runs parallel to I-90 for many miles.

A range of rafting skill levels can be accommodated along the Clark Fork: Everything from family-friendly, relaxing Class I rapids to challenging Class III rapids. An especially popular rafting location is the Alberton Gorge section of the Clark Fork. Here, the water is relatively warm (in summer months), the rapids are perfect for the whole family, and the surrounding scenery is absolutely stunning.

Whitewater Adventures

Wiley E. Waters has all-day whitewater rafting excursions through four to six intense rapids and a number of smaller rapids. Along the way, you'll visit swimming holes and a unique hot spring.

The trip includes an all-you-can-eat buffet, featuring deli sandwiches, chips and salsa, and various cheeses, crackers, and fruits. Vegan and vegetarian options are also available.

My husband, mom, sister and I booked a full-day whitewater rafting trip down the Alberton Gorge - we could NOT have had more fun!! I was a bit nervous before we got there, but that dissipated the minute we pushed into the water. Russ was an amazing guide - so much experience and knowledge and just an all-around cool dude with whom to spend the day. This company (and their guides) are truly professionals - they make your trip both safe and unforgettable! Such a rush, and can't wait to go again next year!

We had so much fun on our rafting trip with our guide Nora, she was sweet, informative, and makes you feels safe on the river! We did the half day trip which was a perfect amount of time, pack snacks because you will get hungry out there! Highly suggest this if you’re looking for a day trip adventure!
